Is Google down again? not able to open more sites than the downtime situation I noticed a day before,
It is on December 17 2007 IST ( GMT+5.30 Hrs) Monday morning, between 17:00 and 20.48 Hrs, when I am online, I am checking for Google Analytics, and checked Google Video Site, Adwords and Adsense, all were down and intermittently working and unstable again, not understanding what is happening on Google Network, whether it is maintenance or Network Congestion?
going into details,
Sites residing in directories on google.com (urls of following kind) are not working,
etc urls were not working
while some of those which I had tested (subdomain based), those which were loading partially were,

NOTE: In both situations (on yesterday and today), I find yahoo and other sites doing fine, may be this is issue in datacenter level or congestion in bandwidth sources?
