Spybot in my Vista 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago

Hello from a computer-illiterate newbie.
I had spybot on my Vista and the new update came up, converting it to the 1.6. When I did the update something went wrong and it didn't update and now I can't open it. I tried downloading a new one from here and it keeps disconnecting. The error I get is that the sqlite3.dll file is missing.
Every time I try to download the new one from y'all I get different download times- from minutes to hours, and it always disconnects itself at the last minute. (I checked to make sure that it has no time limit to be connected.
All I can say is that I've never had a problem with my old XP.

Can anyone help me? Wah!
