It bothers me that traffic is low like the numbers of members. Is that a bad omen?

I am inactive basically, and I am postponing to implement lot of useful things due to maintenance issues.
more coming soon, we used to have huge number of users, all the time when I remove _script_s, many times I delete all things and experiment new things, that way I lose lot of registered users.
