For some reason I can no longer access the internet with FF or IE browser. I keep getting an application error. Sometimes it will open, but then it closes within seconds. Error reads as follows:

Exception EAccess Violation in module mrkgrn.dll at 0001C1E. Access violation at address 011E1C1E in module "mrkgrn.dll" Write of address 000019F4. Then it prompts me to click OK then I get this error msg. Runtime error 216 at 011E302E.

Anyone have any idea why this would all of sudden start happening? I can now no longer access the internet on my laptop.
